At The Zero Proof, we want you to love your non-alcoholic spirits and wines, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a full replacement or refund.

Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely pack the unopened bottles in their original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
