Do your products contain any alcohol?
Most of our curated selection is 0.0% ABV, though some fermented beverages may contain trace amounts up to 0.5% ABV, which is the industry standard for 'non-alcoholic' labeling.
How should I store my zero-proof spirits after opening?
To maintain peak flavor, we recommend storing most open bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Some wine alternatives and aperitifs require refrigeration after opening; please check the individual bottle label.
What happens if a bottle breaks during shipping?
We take great care in packaging glass bottles, but accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the package and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.
Are these drinks safe for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals?
While our products are non-alcoholic, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before introducing new botanical ingredients or supplements into your diet during pregnancy.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 states within the US. Due to complex international liquor laws regarding liquid shipments, we do not offer international delivery at this time.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
