Made from verjus, the pressed juice of unfermented wine grapes. Wonderful and refreshing to drink as a spritzer for a non-alcoholic wine alternative. Try it as the main ingredient in a cocktail. Bright, tart, and quite literally mouthwatering, with strong notes of gooseberry and green apple. Gently acidic, not as sour as lemon or lime juice, so can be used generously as the base for cocktails.
