Coast Ridge Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw in color, with good clarity. Aromas of lemon custard and apple pie filling. Tastes of lemon zest, crisp pear, and graham cracker. Medium bodied with a refreshing, crisp acidity. Best served chilled. 

Made from California Sauvignon Blanc grapes picked at special harvest dates, followed by traditional fermentation, before a proprietary 74º, 19-second vacuum dealcoholization process. This quick and low temperature dealcoholization leaves layered and multi-dimensional flavors intact.
