Demi-sec, non-alcoholic sparkling white wine made from Pinot Blanc and Silvaner. Equally good on its own as it is in sparkling cocktails. A honeyed nose opens up into peach, pear, citrus, and green apple. Not too sweet, not too dry, with a bright punch of acidity.
